The Multiple Revenue Streams Sprint is a focused, live cohort for executive directors who are done waiting for the "someday" when they'll finally build unrestricted revenue. In two weeks, you leave with a real, implementation-ready plan for one new non-grant revenue stream — built alongside peers, guided by someone who spent 15 years deciding how this work gets funded.
Led by Shawndell Dawson — 29 years in the DV/SA field and 15+ years as a federal funder and executive directing more than $1 billion in victim-services funding
You're adding this one unrestricted stream to your existing development plan, not creating a new one.
A clear, implementation-ready plan for one new non-grant revenue stream — fee-for-service, a first corporate sponsorship, an earned-revenue offer, or recurring giving
The pricing, the offer, positioning, and your first outreach steps are all mapped out
An implementation dashboard that shows your goals, where you are heading, and progress
Training on the revenue stream best practices
Positioning, messaging, and outreach plan
6 live working sessions with Shawndell across two weeks — real-time guidance, not a recorded course. Plus 4 office-hours sessions for live, individual feedback as you build.
A working implementation template you build during the sessions, so you finish with a plan, not just notes.
An implementation dashboard that reflects your goals, your plan, your next steps, and your progress.
A positioning, messaging, and outreach plan that helps you communicate your goals and reach out to partners, funders, and your ideal clients.
Training on multiple income streams, best practices, and key considerations.
A small peer cohort of executive directors for accountability and shared problem-solving.
Direct feedback from Shawndell on your stream, your pricing, and your first moves.
Session recordings so you never lose a session to a scheduling conflict.

Week 1 — Choose your stream and build the foundation. You'll narrow from "everything" to the one stream that best fits your organization's expertise, capacity, and relationships — and map what it really takes to launch it.
Week 2 — Build the plan and map your launch. You'll turn that choice into a concrete plan: the offer, the pricing, the first outreach, and the first 90 days — with live feedback before you leave.
Live sessions: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM EST· Live on Zoom · Recorded
Office hours sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM EST· Live on Zoom · Recorded

Executive directors, nonprofit leaders, and development directors who are ready to act on unrestricted revenue — jump-start earning for your organization. If you have expertise, relationships, or a service people already ask for, and you want to turn it into revenue that doesn't rise and fall with the grant cycle, this is built for you.
An implementation-ready plan for one new non-grant revenue stream, with the offer, the value-based pricing, your positioning and messaging, and your first outreach steps all mapped. You'll also leave with a personalized implementation dashboard that tracks your goals and progress, and training on multiple-income-stream best practices. You leave with a plan you can act on — not just notes.
A personalized Google report dashboard, built for your stream and your goals, that shows where you're heading and tracks your progress as you move from plan to launch. Each participant gets their own.
You build. The live sessions are working sessions — you fill in your plan as we go, with real-time guidance and direct feedback on your stream, your pricing, and your first moves. This isn't a recorded course you watch alone.
Every session is recorded, so a scheduling conflict never costs you a session. Office hours are drop-in sessions that are recorded too— come to any or all.
Six 90-minute live sessions over two weeks (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 4:00–5:30 PM ET), plus optional drop-in office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:00–5:00 PM ET. Budget a little time between sessions for the build work that moves your plan forward.
Yes. Alongside the build work, the Sprint includes training on multiple-income-stream best practices and the key considerations that shape a revenue stream that lasts — so you're not just following steps, you understand the thinking behind them. And unlike most trainings, you leave with a working plan and a dashboard you can act on, not just a certificate.
The Multiple Revenue Streams Sprint is the build-it-yourself-with-expert-support: in two weeks, you build your own plan with live guidance and an implementation dashboard. The Sustained At Last managed service is the done-for-you flagship — we build and manage your unrestricted revenue strategy with you across the full year, including three dashboards to chart your progress, track donor relationship-building, and document implementation accomplishments for you, the board, and your team. The Sprint is the right place to start if you want to move now and build it yourself.
Most EDs leave ready to run their plan themselves. If you'd rather have it built and managed for you, Sprint graduates who move into the Sustained At Last managed service within 60 days receive a complimentary $750 Strategy Session to bridge the two — your Sprint already did the strategy work, so that session puts it straight to use.
You can request a full refund for any reason up to 4 days before the cohort begins (by July 9, 2026). After that, your spot is reserved and registration is non-refundable — with one exception: the Sprint Guarantee. If you attend the first live session and decide it isn't right for you, let us know within 24 hours, and we'll refund you in full. You can also transfer your registration to a future cohort with at least 4 days' notice. Please send an email to request a refund or transfer.
You'll receive a purchase confirmation with your Zoom registration links within 24 hours, and a welcome packet with your pre-work and revenue-stream selection prompt around July 1 — about two weeks before we begin. Register for both Zoom meetings as soon as you get your confirmation so the recurring sessions are on your calendar early.
Yes. Come to the first session; if you decide the Sprint isn't the right fit for you, tell us within 24 hours and we'll refund you in full. And every cohort includes a follow-up group plan clinic a few weeks after the Sprint ends — dedicated time to bring questions, refine your plan, and work through anything that came up as you started to act on it. We can't promise what your new revenue stream will earn — no one honestly can — but we can promise you'll leave with a real plan and the support to put it to work.
